Alex and the Team went above and beyond to get my website set up. I run Amp on both the mobile and the web side which does not allow any sort of js code in the body. Some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. Easy to implement on our websites. Easy to monitor our review sources. For the most part, it is a "set it and forget it" tool. The product is amazing, but the team behind this SaaS is even better. They are real people who listen to your suggestions, jump on a zoom, and if your feature requests make sense for all of their users, they will implement it in days. As for the software, it is really easy to create the perfect looking widget for my clients.
