We've been using EmbedReviews for almost two years and are super pleased with the service. There's a ton of flexibility in how you collect reviews, how you can upload them, and how you can display them. Then, on the back end, we have the ability to do all sorts of customizations, either with their wide range of default features and displays, or to use CSS to fully customize the display to our exaxct requirements.
Aside from the product itself, the team at EmbedSocial is extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. Any time we have an issue or need help with something, a staffperson replies immediately and either resolves the issue or sends it on to their dev team, who actually works on it and sends back fixes. And when we have requests for features that are outside of their standard ones, they're sometimes able to accommodate us and build those into the product.
Would highly recommend EmbedReviews to anyone who's looking for a flexible and and extremely customizable reviews platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They somewhat recently built out a new version of their product and we had a fair deal of issues with glitches and standard features not working for the first few months. I have tried many tools for adding reviews to my website and only EmbedReviews fulfilled our needs. The easy integration has allowed us to make it work on our custom made eshop without any difficulties and because it can also sync reviews from Facebook we didn't lose any reviews that we already managed to collect over the time, which is another great benefit that we were looking for. The support from the EmbedReviews team is also great and they quickly answered all our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is slightly expensive, but that is only in my personal opinion. When comparing it to other similar services it is pretty much on par with the other ones and definitely much cheaper than services like Trustpilot and other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my short, but definetly long-term time use - I've found EmbedReviews to be a powerful and easy tool. What I love most about it is the sheer flexibility of widgets, account management and display items.
I can modify any widget to my liking and make it more syncronised with rest of page. The service have also been over the top - they're readily available and make sure to address your issue timely.

The strongest point is that it adds value to the company, as it publicizes what our customers have to say about us.
My company has delegated this responsibility to me since they decided to implement it. I didn't know about the Embed Social tool, but with Alexander's help, it has become a very easy tool to use, and I currently dedicate three to four hours a month to it.
Although I know it has a lot more potential and I'll be investing more time in it in the future.
They're incredible, always willing to help, I feel like they're my work colleagues!
I have to highlight Alexander because he never discriminated against me or made me feel inferior because I didn't have a great knowledge of computers and he always helped me overcome my difficulties with a friendly word and a smile.
