What do you like best about EchoVantage?

What I like best about Echo is that it constantly updates the users like myself of any maintenance and when it will be down. It also comes back up rather quickly and if any issues they are resolved quickly as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EchoVantage?

The downside is when it goes down and it takes a while to be notified of it being down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EchoVantage?

Echo Vantage can summarize lengthy sessions or meetings into concise, clear progress notes, saving time and effort. I like that it is clinically sound and easy to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EchoVantage?

Echo Vantage at times can misinterpret what a client is communicating. The tool is not helpful for family sessions or sessions involving children. The data collection is usually off in child-client sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EchoVantage?

What do you dislike about EchoVantage?

The program is not disability friendly. For example, my vision is monochromatic and I only see grayscale. The colorcoding isn't helpful and slows me down when reading charts as a whole. I spend more time than needed bc I can't see some of the words past the colored bars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EchoVantage?

One of the few downsides to EchoVantage has been learning where things are. Our teams has done a great job at personalizing EV to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
