What do you like best about EchoInk?

The ease with which projects can be created and configured is really useful for carrying out my activities without any inconvenience, its interface has a quite simple and intuitive design that guarantees me quick navigation throughout the platform, the fact that it is easy to learn is a great advantage since that way I have no trouble explaining its use to my employees, their customer service team is quite quick in responding to problems and requests that may arise during the use of this application, the fact that it is multi-platform is a great help for me to use this application from my phone, the fact that it allows opening and creating a large number of multimedia files is a great help for my students to view my content quickly and easily. What do you dislike about EchoInk?

At the time of making edits to the material, the interface bugs and becomes quite slow, which makes it impossible to make modifications properly to the documents I have saved in the application, so it is preferable to ensure that there are no errors before sharing the information. What problems is EchoInk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been of great help to me to create and visualize multimedia content for my classes in a quite simple and practical way, likewise the fact that I can share it with my students easily, safely, and quickly, and that they can view it without any inconvenience on their devices is something that helps us both a lot to continue with academic pursuits despite the virtual environment. "I use inkling in my classroom with PLTW"

"Great Authoring and Delivery of Content"

What do you like best about EchoInk?

Inkling has scaled well to our needs in a way that many other (much larger vendors) haven't. We often warn vendors about the seasonality of our training and just how much traffic will change, but Inkling has handled the whole process well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EchoInk?

Probably the only real dislike is keeping Habitat users and reviewers on a guest account instead of a SSO account. For reviewers who take training, and who are used to signing in via SSO, this can quickly become confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EchoInk:

Access to mobile devices across your workforce (depending on the demographics of your associates) is probably one of the biggest considerations along with connectivity in the areas you serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EchoInk solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about EchoInk?

Project teams at Kohl's have leveraged Inkling for our training needs since 2016. The tool is user-friendly for both exempt and nonexempt Associates, offering an engaging digital experience. The functionality is versatile with the ability to view content on any device. Inkling also offers the ability to communicate project statuses between Corporate and Field Associates, reduce print materials, and analyze content use and engagement, all of which support our overall goal of achieving operational excellence. What do you dislike about EchoInk?

Other than alphabetically, there doesn't appear to be another method of organization for the Library. With a number of departments (20) utilizing the tool, finding team-specific documents is challenging. It would be helpful to offer another way to organize content across multiple departments. Hi there Theresa! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review for us. One thought we had in response to your comment about Library organization was the use of our Collections feature. Inkling allows you to create Collections that live at the top of your Library and in some cases it makes sense to have one Collection for each department that has access. If this is of any interest to you I'd recommend reaching out to your Inkling representative to learn more about this feature.

"Training programs would be completely different without Inkling"

What do you like best about EchoInk?

Similar to Mailchimp, Inkling allows for plug & play content with a very professional looking result, with minimal technical/design skills needed. It's so easy to use, quick to add copy, images, videos, quizzes and more. The content looks great on the mobile app as well as online, and is easy for users to navigate. What do you dislike about EchoInk?

The process for adding users to various modules is pretty cumbersome. It requires upkeep of a giant spreadsheet and use of Cyberduck with every upload. I also wish companies could brand the app logo to avoid user confusion. Users have to look for the Inkling logo on their phones to find our brand's content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EchoInk:

There is really no other comparable app for managing and distributing content like Inkling does. They also really prioritize feedback and work it into future product updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EchoInk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Inkling for training instructors. All instructors go through a live training as well, but we assign pre-training reading as well as assessments. Did you know that our upcoming Audiences feature will make it much more efficient and transparent to control content distribution at enterprise scale? It will let you define and manage saved distribution groups (Audiences), and then use them to distribute both Inkdocs and Notices to your users. You'll also get access to a new dashboard for better visibility into who has access to what at any time. This feature will be available early 2019 and we hope you find it helpful!

What do you like best about EchoInk?

What do you like best about EchoInk?

I appreciate the organization of user interface. Creating interactive textbooks that may be accessed from a desktop or mobile app is convenient and smart for today's market, especially a fast-paced retail environment. When something needs to be referenced, a user can search through their library and easily jump pages to find what's needed with little delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EchoInk?

I don't love the proprietary editing interface, and the mobile app has been a challenge for some users. I would also like to see more options for customization, especially with tests and quizzes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EchoInk:

I feel that the usefulness of Inkling could be somewhat limited by the number of employees. For my company, while we fall into the 10,000 + category, employees are divided by many locations making operations and business needs feel like a smaller business.
