What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

Ebsta provides a seamless Gsuite email integration which means the data quality and reliability is fantastic. The engagement score is also vital for reporting, action and impact. Ebsta is a great tool if you would like to pull emails from different departments for users who engage with your client at different stages of their user journey. What problems is Ebsta Inbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

The email tracking enables me, as a sales manager, to monitor my team and their interactions with clients, but more importantly if a rep leaves I have a knowledge of what they have done with the client...and where they left off.

What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

I pay good money for this app because I want to have all my correspondence with sponsors of our students in their records in Salesforce. I can just click right there in the letter I am writing and not have to write a letter from within Salesforce. I don't have to even open salesforce. Their tech support is great too. Sometimes the icon to send a letter out of Google Mail disappears, but now I know what to do to restore it. Tech support showed me what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

It’s very simple to connect with Gmail and add emails to salesforce. Adding contacts to salesforce from a new email and very simple and easy.

The addition of templates made life much easier with the option to "plug and play" rather than find an email and copy and paste it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ebsta Inbox?

That it doesn’t automatically connect the email to the contact and sometimes there are glitches where you must go to your sent and re-add the email.

While it was a bit glitchy at times, it is nothing that really took you out of your workflow.

If you are looking for a very simple and easy to use solution for marketing emails/templates then you can do no better for the cost. It is very simple and easy to use.

My main use was for plug and play templates as well as sending emails to salesforce.

What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

We are a SaaS business that operates in the data analytics for recruitment space. Therefore, it's really important that we have a good data culture internally to ensure that we practice what we preach. Ebsta's email tracking allows us to seamlessly track all of our email communications into Salesforce against the specific activity type which allows us to analyse our own activity. Adding contacts into Salesforce from an email is sometimes a bit hit and miss in terms of parsing in the right data or picking up who it is you are trying to add Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ultimately, it removes the disconnect between GMail activity and Salesforce activity, effectively connecting them into a single system. We have seen a significant improvement in activity tracking across all aspects of the Customer Success team. The basic ability to add received and sent emails directly to salesforce is super helpful. It's also pretty easy to search and find contacts within salesforce if its not immediately recognized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally ebsta will crash and I'm not able to add emails to it. It usually solves itself within a few minutes. Closing a few additional gmail tabs usually helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

What I love most about Ebsta is it's ease-of-access and quick accessibility within my browser. No need to pop open a new window, open Salesforce and input information in a convoluted way. Ebsta is simple and effective in helping me document lead communications, especially adding new leads and updating them on a daily and weekly basis. I wish that Ebsta would pull contact info from LinkedIn and DefinitiveHC platforms. One of the main problems is inability for Ebsta to legally screengrab contact information due to the way information is presented on LinkedIn and DefinitiveHC for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tutorials and user interface make Ebsta an easy program to get familiar with and put into use. Once up and running, it offers an array of tools that make creating campaigns and scheduling, tracking, and logging emails a breeze. What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

I have been using Ebsta to help manage my sale process for two years and rely on it tremendously. It eliminates the needs to sort my gmail Inbox and all but eliminates my need to rely on my memory. The recent upgrade to Cadences has greatly enhanced my ability to handle a large pipeline in a multiple touch, 9 month sales cycle. Our sales success is greatly enhanced by Ebsta! What do you like best about Ebsta Inbox?

The Sales reps prefer to work directly from their Gmail and generally don't like to have SF open. Ebsta has a good info-bar that sits neatly at the top of our your Gmail to sync vital sales info directly in your Gmail view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ebsta Inbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a SF Admin and a "Customer and Sales Support", I use Ebsta every day to plug those customer responses directly to the History Activity of the associated Opportunity.

One can compose/send Gmail from within Salesforce but when customers respond it's to your Gmail and so the history thread would be lost, so lucky that this can be solved with Ebsta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
