EasyLlama Pros and Cons

I can't speak highly enough of EasyLlama. We had a short window to switch from our existing vendor to our new vendor, and EasyLlama made the transition so easy from start to finish. Their content is uploadable to our existing platform. Their dashboard is easy to use. They are super responsive and quick to resolve any questions/issues. - The content is very well explained using simple language.

- The majority of the content is engaging and the scenarios are familiar to peoples everyday.

- I also like how, during the quizzes, there is always feedback that corrects you. That way, even if you got the answer incorrect, you will still have a chance to learn and correct yourself.

- I like that it is integrated with Slack. I can always quickly get back into the courses from Slack.

- Some courses can be long and time-consuming (Example: Harassment Prevention: US Non-Supervisor All States)

- When creating learning journeys, they can not be assigned on a specific date

- I like that I have the option to go into the profile of each learner and delete a specific course, but what I don't like is that if it is a learning journey it won't mark it as complete and instead, it stays in progress. It would be nice if I could mark it completed.

- Sometimes when it comes to customer support I have received super quick responses, but sometimes I haven't, it would be nice to have a consistent response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EasyLlama does a great job of educating users on issues that are necessary for a healthy and thriving workplace. There weren't really any dislikes in my opinion. If anything, I wasn't prepared for the length of the courses however this may mean that my company could have benefited from communicating the time commitment. It has an engaging training approach with a fresh and modern look and feel, the possibility of changing audio settings. It makes it mandatory for you to complete all sections, and it allows for different country laws to be reinforced. It doesn't allow for multitasking so participants need to pay attention. Something I love about these trainings is that I can do them on the go on my phone. Whenever I get a reminder or notification about a training I can just hop on phone a do one while comuting. These examples used in the video are current and not some 80s version of what would've been problematic in the work place. The content is super modern, fresh, and easily digestible. They have a great team. Whenever I have had questions they are always willing to hop on a call and walk me through anything. I had never used Easy Llama until my company started using them for training videos. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and have watched COUNTLESS training videos.
