I found that the courses listed on the site is great for corporate traning, But also the amount of clicks required makes sure that we don't passive consume the content but actively interact with it. This makes sure that not only have a understanding of the content but it also makes us recall it by the helps of quiz and others. Also a wrong answer on the quiz doesn't just tell you, you are wrong rather via audio explains why the answer that was selected was incorrect or partially correct in all of the options listed. Even though some interactions are necessary to make sure we are actively consuming the content. I disliked that every time i have select the next page button. EasyLlama was different than all the other trainings that I had to go through as it kept it short but very informative. Most people I know try to go through these trainings via skipping most of the material and guessing the answers or retrying the quizzes till they pass. The only real downside is that the catalog could be even broader to cover more specific departmental roles. The HIPAA, Harassment Prevention, and Blood Borne Pathogens training modules are very interactive and engaging. The software uses different visuals that you click through to progress the training, which makes it easy to pay attention. It uses various videos, audio clips, and stories to make pertinent points. As someone in HR, it is extremely difficult to find reliable training for employees that is continuously applicable. EasyLlama checks a lot of boxes that most trainings don't. It is easy to use and implement when employees start. The library of trainings is very extensive and our company will be using it for multiple trainings. I really liked the examples, the tests included within the courses, the option to take them in Spanish as well, and the depth of the content.
