Overall, this workplace harrassment training was very informative and up to date. The sections made sense and flowed from one to the next seamlessly so that I felt like I learned about all the different types of workplace harrassment and how to deal with them effectively from all different angles. The way the training flows also keeps the person engaged--you can't just leave it on in the background. I find that this type of training leads to better overall retention and implementation. I also found the feature that you could easily to stop and go back to the exact same spot in the training and resume with little to no back tracking. EasyLlama has been a game-changer for compliance training in the restaurant industry. I’ve successfully implemented it at two restaurant companies, and it’s by far the easiest and most industry-specific training platform I’ve used. The setup is simple, the user experience is seamless, and the content is actually relevant to our teams. Their customer service is excellent and the integration was incredibly easy with our learning management system. Easy Llama has helped to streamline compliance training at Shake Shack, making it too easy to stay on top of changing and evolving regulations. The Easy Llama platform ensures we're always up-to-date with changing legislation, espeically as it relates to harassment prevention training in our multi-state operating area.

Easy Llama has managed to make the typically mundane AND boring compliance training both engaging and informative. There are great interactive aspects of the training sessions that keep learners engaged. I appreciate the fact that the courses require attentiveness from the learner, you can't just have it on in the background and ignore the content, a problem we used to encounter with previous training tools.

We've been able to easily and seamlessly integrate Easy Llama into our learning management system, and the process was smooth as can be. The Easy Llama support team is outstanding, they always respond quickly and have the answers we need.

One limitation we have found is the customization options. Although the training modules are very easy to implement, and engaging, they do not offer as much flexibility in terms of customizing content to meet unique compliance needs on your own. The thing that I liked the most about EasyLlama was the fact that it wasnt something that you could just press play on and tune out. You have to actively engage in the presentation for it to continue and finish. I feel this makes it where the information that is being presented has a better chance of getting across better so therefore builds knowledge on the subject matter at hand. The EasyLlama LMS has been very intuitive to use. Once we were given an overview of the system we have been able to figure out how to do a lot of the admin work ourselves. We have a dedicated associate to assist us with questions who has been quick to respond and always helpful. However, the program is so easy to use that we have been able to figure a lot out on our own. The new features that are part of the premium package have been very helpful in regard to reporting and customization, especially when it comes to required trainings. I’ve been through a lot of HR compliance trainings at different companies, but EasyLlama is hands down the best! The training videos were engaging and easy to follow, which is a nice change from the typical dry and boring formats I’ve encountered. The platform made it simple to navigate, and the interactive quizzes kept me engaged the whole time.

I also liked that I could complete the training at my own pace on any device—super convenient! Honestly, I’ve never felt more interested in a compliance course before. I have been on different IT companies and before taking the mandatory courses was too boring. Then I joined a new fresh company using EasyLlama, which changed my mind. Their content is super engaging and it feels good to sit 30 minutes to 1 hour to take the company's mandatory courses.

EasyLlama platform was very simple to use and kept me engaged throughout the process. I have had to take annual compliance trainings throughout my career and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience this time with the use of Easy Llama. Having items relevant to today (i.e. texts, emails, social media UI, etc.) made the content relatable and easy to follow. I also felt that the content discussed and the scenarios used felt very realistic and up-to-date. The only downside is more so for the user and likely to the benefit of the employer requiring the training which was that you can't click away. I can't speak highly enough of EasyLlama. We had a short window to switch from our existing vendor to our new vendor, and EasyLlama made the transition so easy from start to finish. Their content is uploadable to our existing platform. Their dashboard is easy to use. They are super responsive and quick to resolve any questions/issues.
