We also face performance issues with large datasets; when working with very large segments or complex journeys, load times and processing can occasionally be slow. I really enjoy the customer journey builder. It’s visual and simple to use, so I can see exactly how a lead moves from the first interaction to follow-up emails and handoff to sales. The email designer is another feature I like—it’s flexible enough to create professional emails without needing design skills. The segmentation is also a big plus. Being able to target the right audience based on real data helps keep communication relevant and avoids sending unnecessary messages. Finally, the tight integration with Dynamics 365 Sales is something I find especially valuable. It keeps marketing and sales aligned and gives a clear view of how leads are engaging before they’re passed on. I also like how well it handles data and insights. Speed is the biggest pain point.
