In the events world, we always need to automate and be in the lookout of what's hot. What I really appreciate is the comprehensive nature of the platform. This app is not just a simple task manager; hence, it's a full-fledged system that can handle everything from event planning and registration to marketing, sales, and even post-event analysis. Having all this information in one place is a huge win. For example, being able to track attendee registrations directly within the same system where we manage our marketing campaigns is a huge time-saver. Only issue is the complexitiy. For newbies, you will surely encounter confusion as the system itself is not intuitive. I just hope they will provide more training, a responsive custmomer service or most importantly, fix the UX/UI of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This involves multiple functions such as sales, customer

What is find most helpful about Dynamics 265 Marketing is its complete set oftools for managing marketing campaigns. The least helpful feature about Dynamics 365 Marketing is itslearning curve, especially for users who have no or limited experience with similar marketing automation tools. It crashes on the time. Sometimes while working on doc:

1. The format will change, or features like adding links will disappear.

2. Should you want to edit within the text it will crash, so you have to right-click in order to not have to completely go back out to continue editing your doc.

3. If you click on a link while editing it will take you to the screen of the link in preview mode and wont let you exit, so you have close out all the way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dynamics 365 helps our team to managing and capturing leads efficiently and it helps our company to nurture prospects through targeted campaigns. The deep connection with other Microsoft programs is what I like best about utilizing Dynamics 365 Marketing. The integration of Dynamics 365 Marketing with tools such as Microsoft 365 and Power BI creates a unified platform for marketing management. The part of Dynamics 365 Marketing that I dislike the most is the steep learning curve. Although the platform is powerful, it might be confusing for new users. The requirement for time to become thoroughly acquainted with all of the features could be an impediment. It is most useful to keep track of a client's campaign (when it starts, the internal processing of the contract, updates after a campaign launches). also SUPER helpful for highlighting target items of what a client wants for future campaigns as well as tracking the amount of times I've had a meeting /email with said client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
