The capabilities to be on the same page with customer service and distribution during this crazy time have made the process a little bit easier. We can easily evaluate supply problems and quicky come up with solutions to react a lot quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service is very complex and difficult to understand at first but it takes time to figure the system out. The layout and organization is can be simpler to input information, numbers and data into spreadsheets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With this system, it is easier to assign technicians and maintenance personnel to homes that need to be fixed. In addition, we are able to assign work orders to 3rd party companies that our team can not handle directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not work so well with CITRIX so this can end up being dubious. . Everything is a learning and developing cycle, trial and blunder.
