Dynamics 365 Commerce is a low-code platform to quickly set up a modern online store without the need for hiring web developers. It is so easy and intuitive that anyone having some computer knowledge can get started with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Commerce?

The only thing that I hate about Dynamics 365 Commerce is the fact that due to the low code platform design, it lacks several customization options. We cannot customize it at will which is available with web developed products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To become proficient in all functions, some training is required. The majority of customer complaints indicate that the UI is not very user-friendly right away.
