I love that it replaced about six different softwares for me (contracts, invoicing, payment processing, forms, client portal, scheduler). It is customizable and many of the features can be automated. I'm not too fond of Dubsado's contract signature software is not verified nor does it allow for multiple-party signatures. I've been a member of Dubsado for 4-5 years and this feature has not come to fruition yet. This is incredibly important in the age of delivering services virtually.
