What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

"Zoho Flow Works to Automate Processes and Communication"

What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

Zoho Flow allows automating processes, such as the ability to have a scheduled workflow that will kick off at the preconfigured time. Another great feature is the ability to streamline communication processes. We use Zoho Desk for support, and it's nice to also receive a notification in our preferred communication app instead of solely through Zoho Desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Flow?

Zoho Flow is not able to sync data between the various apps you have connected in your workflow. This is a minor complaint, as the app generally works fantastically for our use cases, but it would be nice to have a simple process for syncing when desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Flow solves communication difficulties by allowing notifications and updated on preferred channels for Messaging, as well as email. This allows for increased productivity. "Effective solution for automating tasks between programs"

What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

Zoho Flow offers a simple drag and drop UI allowing me to link various programs. I was able to create a routine that took completed opportunities in Salesforce and then created a card in Trello on the appropriate user's board based on a field on the opportunity using if-then logic statements. What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

It is easy to use and have a simple interface.

Certainly, it's a bit pricy, and at this cost it deliver many execution errors and take time to fetch data from the source. Their execution time needs to be scaled up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zoho Flow:

As long as you are interconnecting the Zoho app with another Zoho application, it will work fine. For users of webbooks, however, it might take some time. In that case, I recommend being patient and contacting their support team if it takes longer than expected. Rest, go for it. It will relieve some extra workload from you. What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

It has been an excellent solution for some of our business workflow needs, customer service and support has been fantastic, they helped clear up the confusion and implemented requested additions that would make our planned flow possible. I love its ability to interconnect several different platforms to create a dynamic and automated workflow as it allows employees to automate a series of business tasks, from daily work tasks to more advanced workflows, by designing contextual flows of several steps. Initially it is not so intuitive I could definitely use more documentation and tool suggestions to help understand some of your available connections, I wish you had more integrations, mainly fast books, but it is still relatively new and have been constantly adding integrations, so I hope that Let's see it soon. It provides a gallery of standard solutions with a collection of Flow templates and business applications that allow users to explore ideas for their organization and apply them to their business workflow, but are available in Flow. With Zoho Flow we connect to other applications that connect to Zapier for complete automation processes, there are processes that we can perform in Zoho Flow that we cannot perform in Zapier we also have the ability to create custom processes as well. What problems is Zoho Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to automatically generate Products in Zoho CRM and Card in Trello for my team, just starting from a Google form entry, it is a great product that helps me connect many applications and create a workflow triggered by certain conditions. In addition to being an excellent tool that allows me to take the productivity of my business to the maximum, it allowed me to connect the marketing to the work desk and the help desk for my clients in an excellent way quickly and easily. What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

This application is very useful to shorten times and save money within the organization, we do not have to hire a programmer to manage this application, its platform is friendly, pleasant and attractive to all users, this interface allows anyone to program your own workflows. I am in the banking system and this software allows me to integrate all the applications of the cloud that I use daily such as zoho crm, Google drive, Gmail, LinkedIn and automate the work flows that I have with these applications, additional constant receipt notifications, emails , reports of the operation of my applications integrated automatically. What do you dislike about Zoho Flow?

It is a very easy-to-use automatic integration tool and streamlines procedures within the bank in which it works efficiently, however, we must take into account the technological requirements necessary for its proper functioning and a better interaction of the application. For being software that is in the cloud we must take care of the connection to Internet. On the other hand, it is an application that works correctly and is very interesting. This application I recommend it perfectly for all users working in small, medium or large companies, it is a tool that can be easily adapted thanks to its nice platform and all users can use it without having experience in programming. This is a great advantage to the time to reduce costs in contracting extras. Another advantage is that the staff you have in the organization can perform different activities while your workflows in zoho Flow act automatically, just enough monitoring to see how the orchestrated processes are going. What problems is Zoho Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software for integrating our applications that are in the cloud is very charming, I work in the banking system and this application is very useful, it allows me to make the most of my time, while Zoho Flow is carrying out my organized and orchestrated work flows for me, I can use my time in other activities that can not be included in the integration system, I just have to log in to monitor that the activities are being carried out efficiently and this application allows me to do so since it sends me constant notifications, emails and reports about my integrations. It also saves money to the financial organization since it is not necessary to hire a programmer, this application can be easily used without programming experience. What do you like best about Zoho Flow?

We have used multiple zoho products and it is just great to link them all together. Not just that, I have also integrates some of the other CMS'es, software development apps, and apps to manage mass emails through Zoho Flow and managing those has been very easy through Zoho Flow.

What do you dislike about Zoho Flow?

I have noticed that it works better with Zoho's own products for integration, and a lot of apps cannot be added to it because it is a relatively new feature. Because of that it also takes a really long time to actually add them to the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
