Their engineering first approach gives me some peace of mind regarding their feature set and their realiability. I like that they are audited on a regular basis by an external third party. That provides me a lot of reassurance. Their product has worked flawlessly so far, but many competitors work well also, so anything that can bring that extra peace of mind is important. Unlimited storage and time are great, but becoming more common. Simple price per user, no hidden or additional fees, great interactions with their staff so far. I think I like the auto provisioning feature the most for this solution. Just make sure you have licneses and it automatically adds new accounts on the fly which saves me time having to go and check off the account to have it backed up for the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found that when I need to restore files it was a bit tricky to restore the first time, but once you do it a time or two it gets easier. I think making the restore process easier would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that their support is 24x7 and USA-based. The multiple times a day backup is true peace of mind, including the daily emailed report. If you need to do a restore of email, you can surely know the backup is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
