It works very well, it's easy to learn and it does exactly what it's meant to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the password feature a lot. There's an easy way to do massive uploads, but then you have to go one by one adding the password. It would be incredibly useful if you could input a CSV or excel file with all of the individual passwords, and also do massive link extractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DocSend makes it very easy to organize and find content, if you search by using the folder structure, not the search bar. Sending content via links straight from your email, or creating a Space for a prospect is easy enough, once you train and reinforce adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Within DocSend, things can only exist in one place. If the user does not know where they are, the search functionality can spit out a lot of results, making it hard to know what's the most recent version. Because users can upload their own versions of things to their personal content folders, this creates many duplicates and can make tracking difficult for Marketing on what is actually being used/opened and what marketing materials are impacting sales. Sellers tell me they don't always use a link or create a Space because it's time-consuming, and are still sending things via email attachments, again making the Marketing team very frustrated. DocSend is very easy to use, and more importantly, it's easy for the recipient to view documents online. I use it frequently for my large sized presentations in PDF (20 MB) that are too large for emailing as an attachment or too inconvenient to send via Dropbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really. It's a simple but powerful tool. Having an app for iOS would be useful as currently they only seem to allow functionality via their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being notified when the client reviews the document, what percentage of the document they’ve read, and how long they’ve reviewed each page. It helps you truly understand the important pieces of information that they focus on and therefore you can tailor fit ore conversations and content to those areas. That I have to retype a name for the document each time I create a shareable link for the same document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I know when people have actually checked my attachment, what pages they’ve seen, how long they spend reviewing the deck, how frequently they come back to the document, and that we get their contact info (email!). It’s been great for sales prospects and also for fundraising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as of now. It’s been working great for us as an early stage company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Document tracking is fairly well designed and implemented within DocSend. You can check when your document is opened, from where it is opened and you can also see which person has opened it at any time, this can serve to have a control of which people are reviewing a specific document, it is especially useful within work teams .
Users can also download and save the content, which also gives them the possibility of saving information.
It has a very broad support for many types of documents, which allows you to upload and modify files of different extensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website sometimes goes a little slow and stays loading for a while, which sometimes means that you have to wait to upload or revise a new document.
A future suggestion is that if the content could also be read instead of just being heard through voice it would be really useful for people who want to review documents but are busy doing other things and can not read them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform helps you stay up to date with who's reviewing you content in real-time. It also allows you to share content for a specific duration and shows you how long and how much of the document has been review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sharing information with prospects in a secure manner and seeing in real-time when and how much of the content is reviewed, was ticked all the boxes. I don't having anything that I dislike about it. Good job! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
