I like that I can send out documents to people and track them. It also shows you which slides people were viewing and how much time they spent on each slide. This is handy especially for sharing large files that can't be emailed due to size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the way we wanted to use it, as a sales presentation platform, it did not work well. They told us AFTER we signed that they didn't actually have a conference line component so we had to pay for a Join.me integration add on after the fact. The Integration was a huge pain point and didn't work 1/2 the time. Not a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I have a simple online repository for client collateral/materials. We update these "Client Materials Pages" (Spaces) and have clients bookmark them so they can go back and review/access everything we've presented to them in the past, from initial sales presentations to account assessments and so on. It's easy, super tailored, professional, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. Beats Clearslide and other vendors, hands down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
notifications when cold prospects view old emails, mail merge function and ability to update documents without changing the link Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
can't think of many really. sometimes the chrome extension logs you out for no reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really knowing when the person reads docsend files( that is very important to me knowing how to proceed on a callback), which document they read (knowing on what to focus on the scheduled call back) and how long did they spend time on each document (showing there interest level). Spaces are great to create your own stuff and you can add and delete content
e signature feature is fantastic. know your email is in the right hands Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not the ability to block a specific domain or user so after we send an email to someone and we belief they are not a prospect anymore to block that person. The other thing that bothered me is the ability that your not able to delete content on spaces, you can only turn it of you can't delete. This feature would be great when you want to update new information and content. update information for a new program or for next year date and venue for the product that your selling. That we can see what people looked at and for how long, also we can edit active links. Gives us the ability to gauge what people are interested in and what could use improvement. I like that it's easy to upload content and that the spaces are customize-able. You can make the space look like an extension of your company website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the spaces, it should notify us if someone accesses the space. It only notifies you if the content in the space is accessed. Searching content can be a tricky when there's a lot of content, having more search filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to create traceable links easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Better integration with Zapier so I can see # of opens and view time on other platforms where I dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the "Spaces" and use them all the time for creating personalized content hubs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how DocSend works with video (uploading video to Vimeo and then creating a powerpoint presentation with an active link is a very messy workaround). I would really prefer if video worked out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Control of what viewers are able to do. I can allow people to view only once they have provided information. Insights into what they look at and for how long. Link tracking allows me to see who it more productive in generating interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really is no downside in DocSend. It is the perfect tool for a very specific job of distributing presentations and tracking views and engagement. I'm sure it could do more, but that would only complicate the simplicity and utility it serves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
easy to use and provides all the detailed tracking you need. Support is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There has not been anything that I dislike. At one point I was unable to add documents over 100 slides but support fixed that very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
