It lets me update the presentations investors have so no one's versions are ever out of date or off the current message, And it lets me know who is and is not looking at my materials. I love being able to track who is truly referring me to other people when fundraising and knowing what content is relevant vs which one is not. I also love being able to update the content as much as needed on the same link. This was one of the top key features for me , especially for decks, they evolve so much and so fast. For sales and marketing, it makes it easier to distribute, you can also track how good the content is and you can also collect emails instead of having people fill a form first. There is no fair balance between the functions of its free version with the paid version, I feel that the free plan is very limited and does not allow to really know the potential of the tool. It lacks a mobile app so it lowers productivity for users who work mainly from their smartphones because they can't spend all the time in an office or sitting in front of a computer, so it was disappointing to discover this. Email notifications come too quickly. E.g. the system sends the email before the document reviewer has ended reading the document. Therefore, quite often the email reads e.g. 6% completion rate. That is misleading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This application allows you to keep track of the behavior of different customers or users who receive presentations, you can see the time in which they look and interact with what is sent, has the ability to see when you open a document, this program has perfect tools for teamwork.
