Easily see when a recipient views a document from DocSend and for how long they viewed. Password protect and require email to view helps stay current with prospect activity. Content is easily update-able and creating Spaces for clientele makes a huge difference to 'wow' the prospect with their very own Space link including Brand logo headers. Great ease of use as well. Requirement to enter in the account name when there is none - sometimes there is not an account for creating links so I make up fake accounts in order to get access to the content and/or share with prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
