I love the ability to monitor how much our clients are engaging with the materials that we provide! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to turn on an automatic notification to a client when the attachment in a link is updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team used to rely on a master spreadsheet to store all of our content. We had to search through every line item to find a particular piece of content. This also meant that I fielded a ton of questions from our new sales team about what they should send for a specific situation. With DocSend, I personally spend very little time needing to find relevant content and the number of requests from teammates that I receive on a daily basis are now minimal. It's saved me tons of time and let's me focus on actually selling and building relationships with my customers.
The tracking feature also allows me to better forecast how seriously a prospect in my pipeline is evaluating my company. For those interested, I can see exactly where they are at in the funnel based on the content they interact with so I can adjust my conversations and run the plays necessary to help move them along. I also like to see which specific pieces of content are most widely viewed so I can ensure I am always providing the most valuable information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting could be more comprehensive. For example, it would help me if I could see which pieces of collateral my prospects aren't viewing so I can make more informed decisions on what I distribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Transparency into who sees what document, when you are head of Biz Dev or how much time a person really spends on viewing your information, gives great clarity into who is really taking you seriously and who is not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That people can put in a fake email address and it still shows the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the platform is intuitive and easy. It's visually pleasing and has a self explanatory user interface. The content renders perfectly. I also like that it universally updates: if you have the document in a multiple spaces, once you update the original link it's good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that I was able to restrict certain domain names or have to validate email addresses. We get some "spoof" emails (like zzz@gmail.com) and it will be nice to flag that to say "please use a business email address". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i like the fact that i dont need to send documents and get notification on every open Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there are some website that you can download the docsend file Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it because I can create a shortened link. I can also deactivate obsolete links to ensure that customers only have access to updated information. Another thing I like is that it has real-time display statistics, which allows me to have an easy understanding with the data. In addition to this, it allows me to create customized landing pages for specific accounts, something that I should highlight from the program is that its interface and support usually help me. I don't like that the content thumbnails in the email will show the DocSend logo, since the specific content thumbnail is preferable. Another factor is that currently the platform does not support video. The live presentations are great, but I would like to love the main presentations with video which does not allow me. - Ability to update the deck without having to resend the deck to everyone
- Analytics on who has viewed the deck Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish there was a way to share excels, word docs, etc.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting email notifications to know when someone opens your sales/pitch deck - lets you know you're not sending into a dark whole & gives insight on when you should re-connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I switch back and forth between Canva & Docsend to build decks & then send them, would be nice if there was one solution for both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DocSend is a complete range of resources for your papers. You will exchange files and it functions exactly the same way you transfer documents in Dropbox. Select a file and build a connection. When you choose to follow various individuals or communities, you may build several connections in a single file. Each time anyone clicks the button, they open the document in the DocSend HTML browser window-and, of course, they capture the details. You'll learn that the user has been through all the presentations and documents, and you'll probably know how much their time they spent reviewing each slide. DocSend records the email addresses of the individuals who received the packet, and you'll know that they delivered the presentation to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This could be too distracting if a ton of people start reading a number of documents from various sources. Honestly, I haven't gone that far yet, which could be a concern, but that's what I would anticipate so far. It's really strong in all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
