DocSend Spaces is awesome and we used it to raise capital, but there could be better functionality of sharing/not sharing different documents in Spaces. Other than that, I have no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spaces is a really awesome feature, that lets you create secure customer-centric 'document vaults'. Great for any sales and customer success professional. Not only do my emails no longer go to spam for sharing too many links, but I also have full control and can disable/enable links at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DocSend Has been an incredible asset to my organization. I think the best feature is the ability to store all of your organizations documentation within a central location. This has been extremely valuable for our sales and marketing teams, as it has allowed us to keep using the most up to date when communicating with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no major downsides that I have seen when using DocSend. One thing that might bother some users is constantly having to create new DocSend links when trying to hyperlink a website. It can sometimes be a little bit of a hassle when hyperlinking multiple URLs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use for BD purposes. You can get customer insights on what links are working, if the content is helpful, are they downloading it, what pages are interesting etc. It allows you to upload pdfs with clickable buttons so I can continue the customer journey to the site.

We like DocSend very much because it has worked very well for us if we want to send any type of document to any potential client or colleague and if we want to do some type of follow-up when they open it and what content they see in real time. ok and i'm happy this functionality is mainly used by our sales and business development team to track potential sales or leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the features that Docsend provides, plus I also like the fact that there is a really monthly payment pay as you grow as the cloud suppose to be.

Plus for the lowest subscription of 15USD a month I get same value as Clearslide with price-tag of 70usd and Draconian yearly down-payment.
