in our company we use docsend it is being used for account management, marketing and sales, since this is how we solve The commercial problem we are dealing with is sharing large files and monitoring them and to know how the client behaves with the information we are providing sending since we can track the rate of opening of documents, to what extent they have completed a document and if there are areas in which a user spends more time reviewing and that helps us to modify or reinforce our information and thus modify and make it totally effective to future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navigating the user interface is a bit tedious, it should be easier to access the creation of links, since that is what you are doing 90% of the time and that delays us a little the work should improve that aspect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.lack of search functionalities. Customers would like to search inside documents
2.watermarks fonts should be customizable
3.A view or the time spent on a slide can be misguiding if people leave the browser window open

DocSend is user friendly, making it accessible to users at any technical level. I am able to accomplish my goals with their product without having to invest too much time learning the product.
