It helps in sharing your documents securely with proper insights and real-time wherever you are. Outlook and Gmail plugins are integrated with it which helps in sharing links of your documents easily. While forwarding links of your documents you can set email verifications and passcodes. Many business partners and investors are attracted to it as it is compatible with any browser and device. You don’t need any other software to share ppt files, pdf files, keynotes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is lacking transparency on websites. Customers’ services also need some improvements. Its subscription-based plans are expensive that small businesses cannot afford it. Sometimes it may be difficult to create custom links. It consists of e-signature features but lots of improvements are needed in it. Its interface should be upgraded. Upgrade is expensive for a startup (mine is at pre-revenue), actually overpriced in my opinion - but perhaps I do not see the value - just for an automatic signature of an NDA (which is the only feature I am interested in from the Upgrade)

The Dashboard and analytics are very user friendly. Also, the fact that you can create new links on documents so easily is outstanding. We use to use Attach.io, but then discovered DocSend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is the best i have seen so far. You can upload almost anything in a WORD document, including embeded video, and the system will seamlessly convert it into a privately viewable document. DocSend has provided us a full control over, our data room; we can easily customize and upgrade them. This application has made easier for us to share the documentations, now we are not using the traditional methods of uploading the attachments, but now we use links, which increases our security and provide control over file downloads, and also provide a turn off access anytime. One of the major things is that we do not have to edit a particular file and then to send it again. But what we do is, we easily make changed to the file even if it has been sent, and everyone has its modified form. We are in love with this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has too much high price, which is justified by its amazing features but still it’s needed to be revised. Its interface is not that much appealing and sometimes its online web services takes time o upload and also the tracking of a particular document also becomes difficult with time.
