I don't like that you can't take old links and merge them in with new links - i.e. if you create 2 links on different content pages you will always have to update both content pages vs. simply merging the links under 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can share easy access to all our business materials, pricing and information in one, secure place! It has made my life so much easier and the consulting aspects of my position are now seamless, resulting in increased customer satisfaction due to ease of use. It's a bit pricey for our small business to get the advanced plan, which comes with much more in depth analytics. Although we are loving our Standard Plan, additional features and integrations would make this platform even better for our business. For example, I wish we could offer an eSignature application process which would (ideally) start an automatic workflow/process for new clients in which they could answer some simple initial questionnaires prior to reaching out via meetings. I have been receiving files with Docsend for quite a while and decided to give it a try. I quickly convert from a free user to a paid user and after a few months I got the annual subscription (much cheaper).

Docsend does what it says and as a VC investor it has been incredibly useful to keep my content secure and give me insights on what slides my network actually read and when Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the analytics portion of the platform so you can view what people are interested in reading. Also the fact that you can update the document while maintaining the same links. It is incredibility helpful to correct typos or update content without having to resend to everybody. Give you peace of mind that everybody is looking at the most updated content.
