What I like best is how much control and reporting Docsend gives over my documents usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that 1 link to a document cannot be signed over and over again. I would have to generate a new link each time I need to use the document Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having the report on who viewed your document, and how, it`s great. We all had the experience where you send a proposal and never herd back. Since you can see how other parties interact with your document you can see who opened the document and plan your followup. Also the securities measures are really important. The price and the plans structures. All the good stuff is on the most expansive plan, and you can only sign up as a 3 members teams. I use it a lot, and like it. But wish it was more affordable. Not a fan of the error messages that are included in the reporting e.g. "This visit may have come from a data center (Amazon, amazonaws.com)." I'd like to be able to opt out of getting this in the mix. Adds no value as far as I can tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
