The best thing about DocSend is the simplicity and the ability to track potential investors. As an Executive Assistant, it takes seconds to let our team know who has opened the document and the time they spent. It also helps decide which appointments to schedule based on interest. In fact, the ability to determine which meetings to schedule has saved our CEO, Financial Analyst, and executives time which has lead to not wasting resources. I like how user-friendly this program is. It's quite easy to figure out, and if you don't know how to do something there are articles and someone on chat that helps you asap. If you have two sister companies, you can't use the premium subscription for two different accounts you need to buy two different licenses and it's not cheap. The other thing is the e-signature could be a little better, we use DocuSign and it looks like they took part of DocuSign's process, but didn't take all the good parts of it. It's just not user friendly as DocuSign when it comes to e-signatures. Lastly, they could improve on the spaces which would be great if it had multi-tiered access and different NDAs that could be filled it based on a property address or whatever item it is they need rather than having one NDA that fits all categories. For example, if they fill in this document it would go through an approval process and once they are approved they have access to this level of documents within the spaces folder.
