The DocSend team just keeps surprising you with additional features that surpass your wildest expectations. When you are a new business, this should be your first business expense. I feel more professional and more confident using these features. It's affordable enough that you can use it when you're first starting out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could organize folders easier, and remove things from folders to put in different folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DocSend has been our go-to for sending decks, and now we can finally send e-signs with DocSend. Super convenient to have it all in one place! It's nice being able to send a link instead of having to send an email for e-sign, which I'd say is a big convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DocSend's pricing still doesn't justify using this over other services, especially as it lacks custom fields for signing and easy-to-use templates. It still feels rudimentary, but if you're able to cut down on another SaaS product, then I can see it be worthwhile. Overall, DocSend can be almost 5-10x the price of other services combined separately, which, if you're cost conscious, will be a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use platform, makes things accessible and easy to track. I would recommend for anyone doing fundraising or sales presentations to several contacts or on the go.
DocSend is great to check who accessed the presentation and actully spend some time on it, also learning about your best and more relevant slides / information
The signature feature could also be very useful if correctly deployed to avoid documents coming and going, and being able to track signatures all at one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features are hard to implement and manage, could be easier especially on the signature part. The management of custom branding is also not easy and could be better tailored to each company's look and feel
The controls and tracking could also be more accurate. Some of the emails received were not accurate enough in measuring how much time one spend on the presentation, which slides were eventually not useful and which ones are the most accessed. Some of this information could be easily shared by e-mail in a daily or weekly brief from the platform
Other than that I think the platform is very useful and would deffinitely recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything about DocSend makes my life as a founder easier, especially when it comes to fundraising. Sharing our pitch deck via trackable links to gauge investor interest is a huge advantage. But what I'm most excited about is the new multiple signers feature for signable docs. The feature is a huge time-saver for myself, investors, and contractors that we work with. Everyone appreciates time saved and using the feature lets us move things along and close deals faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I dislike comes to mind- I had a few questions at first because I would click the multiple signers link myself to test it out but that would mess things up for the other party because if I cliked the link, the system would assume the other signing party was the second party (me). Therefore, the system would only show them the field where I am supposed to sign which threw us both for a loop.
Once I reached out to DocSend support, they responded same-day to clear things up and we were all set from there- havent' had another issue with the system at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionality is finally avialable for multiple people to sign. It's still not as robust as a docusign or pandadoc but getting there. I like that they are taking feedback from users. The ability to view people and how they interact with your documents is helpful. Privacy is important so not being able to login without authentication is extremely valuable. Functionality is good, could be improved with available features already around in simple Adobe Acrobat for example such as auto populate forms. Also, the "signatory" logic is painful when adding an additional email address, often times in a company someone else needs to sign so its not easy to switch people without re-creating a link. I think that it is a good tool for a virtual data room. The tool allows you to know who has looked at what and for how long.
Docsend also integrates well with our email, and allows us to more easily drop in links to particular individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can get a micro level view, but it would be more helpful if I was able to see a macro-level view. For example, pull data on all viewers of my data with their email addresses.
Would also be great to have a better user interface for esignature.
Logging in is a pain. You constantly need to keep logging in when using your phone.
There are times issues with letting folks download documents. This shoul Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple, clear, generally works seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently having probelms to get a PDF to render properly. In these days software is supposed to 'just work', this is a bit of surprise! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
YC deal is good and keeps the price low for one year. it seems like it has the right integrations. it is pretty intuitive in terms of UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
cannot send docs to specific emails and must use the link or CRM integration, which is dumb. Also, the regular price is so high compared to docusign, hellosign, etc. After the first year, it makes no sense to have this service because docusign is literally the same price. Single source of documents to refer back to throughout the process. We start with the standard procedure uploading sales doc, and then continue on to procurement, finally with signature. End to end. This allows clients to easily refer back to anything they have gotten shared over time. For the most part, it's straight forward to use from both the organization's side as well as the users side. No one has had issues accessing the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
People aren't yet familiar and aren't sure about being tracked- It seems that they dislike having to add their email, knowing that this means tracking. I know we can turn off this functionality at the creation, but it's better to make sure that folks aren't accessing the file without consent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
