I like how user-friendly this program is. It's quite easy to figure out, and if you don't know how to do something there are articles and someone on chat that helps you asap. If you have two sister companies, you can't use the premium subscription for two different accounts you need to buy two different licenses and it's not cheap. The other thing is the e-signature could be a little better, we use DocuSign and it looks like they took part of DocuSign's process, but didn't take all the good parts of it. It's just not user friendly as DocuSign when it comes to e-signatures. Lastly, they could improve on the spaces which would be great if it had multi-tiered access and different NDAs that could be filled it based on a property address or whatever item it is they need rather than having one NDA that fits all categories. For example, if they fill in this document it would go through an approval process and once they are approved they have access to this level of documents within the spaces folder. It is our document management platform, we can send, track and analyze files securely and efficiently. The security of our documents has greatly improved since we started using it. It works great on both laptops and phones, and the admin panel is great for managing users and adding or removing them. The ability to control the duration and identity of document views is one of the biggest benefits we have gained. We have been able to prioritize our follow-up efforts and adjust our communication methods based on the useful information this feature gives us about recipient interest and participation.
