I like that through drift, if I am not available to speak with the person who reached out, the lead can book a meeting with me so that we can speak at a later point in time which works for both os us. I also like that I can set specific requirements for that meeting, such as a buffer time inbetween that meeting and the next, as well as setting a time limit as to how soon a meeting can be booked with me, which gives me enough time to prepare for it. Whilst it is great that leads can book meetinsg with me direclty, there is a fault in drifts system. My working hours are set from 9-5 however, leads have been able to book meetings with me outside of my working hours, which is quite annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that Drift Video has is the call to action like "play a 1-minute video", because it clearly states that it is a short video (making it more appealing for people to actually play it), and it also invites people to click on it. It also allows having a chat within each video so that people leaves their comments and it provides insight into the percentage of the video that was played. This tool works amazing for when I need to show a customer how to do X or Y within our platform because it's easier for people to follow instructions from a video rather than a help article, but this has a great potential for prospecting as well. The Chrome extension doesn't work at all times, so sometimes it makes it hard when you know that a video would be the best tool for a specific email. I would love for this to be enhanced in future updates because the product itself is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Drift is a valuable lead collection platform for our team. I like how easy it is to use to create playbooks, and that Drift has improved their product by adding features like AI, A/B testing, and reusable blocks that cut down on the time needed to build playbooks. Drift's customer support team is a joy to work with, and is always there to quicky help. I am in the Drift platform every day both in the application having conversations and creating/editing playbooks. We are not able to view number of conversational landing page downloads or who clicked the download button which would be valuable for our team. Additionally, AI topics cannot be added to reusable blocks which would be helpful to more quickly duplicate the sometimes complicated AI conversation flow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it allows us to have inbound conversations with prospects or customers. Drift gives us the power to find out how we can help customers in the most effective and effecient manner. What I don't like about drift is getting notifications that are not linked to my territory. I wish prospects were required to input their business email so that other common domains were not routed. This would make sifting through drift prospects easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Playbooks help save our staff so much time, dealing with a large volume of inquiries and job applications. Customer support has been responsive and very helpful. Biggest challenge is that while it integrates to Salesforce, Drift attributes can only be mapped/pushed to the native Salesforce objects/modules (specifically only to Leads and Contacts objects). This is not ideal since we plan to make several playbooks to help with various processes, so only being able to view all the information under the Leads object for us makes it very 'busy', for lack of a better word. It would be better if Drift could map/push attributes to customized Salesforce objects.
Other dislikes include the inability to test reusable blocks before updating the 'published/active' playbooks they're in and the inability to customize meeting durations (eg, want 20-minute meetings). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy to navigate and easy to learn software. Allows you to hit the ground running during onboarding, even if you've never seen or used it before. I also like the ability to do multiple things within it, like Video, Messaging etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Drift allows my work week to sort itself out! By giving my host families the power to schedule themselves, it helps me put my efforts else. Hunting down families by call and text just to book a longer phone call is always a pain, but now with Drift it does the heavy lifting for me! I love that it has multiple unique functions including customizing my own timeframe, connecting with my outlook calendar and sending personalized messages to my families. The most helpful thing about Drift is that it alerts you that a customer is attempting to chat even if you're not logged into the platform. Although, we do not utilize Drift daily, its a very valuable feature to have. Although Drift provides a lot of relevant information when entering into a conversation. I do not like that fact that I have to go and scroll through the conversation to look for the customers name. Drift stands out for its ability to drive real-time engagement, enhance customer experiences, and ultimately boost conversions. Drift has been the highest contributor for SDR meetings at algolia. It also allows for meetings to be booked with minimal effort through fastlane.
Alongside this Drift is extremely easy to use. I use it on a daily bases and I can activate and deactivate in a matter of seconds. It is also extremely usefult that drift can work in the backround while I complete other daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On some occasions their is poor quality of information provided by customers which makes it impossible to follow up after the interaction through drift. Alongside this, there can be a lot of spam from gmail accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
