Top Rated Drag Alternatives
Cutting edge Google Workspace integration. Being able to add individual e-mails to a board without forwarding or CC saves lots of time. Setup took me a while since I have multiple domains on the Google backend, but everything is working. The few issues I have had, I could access live support within a few minutes, which has tremendous value to me. Support was practical, helpful and solved my issues versus sending me generic replies and waiting days for a response. Product is only as good as the support you get with it, so well done. Also they do have a mobile app which while very new and basic, it does work, is clean and like the direction it's going. Lastly, I love the idea of a shared inbox while it does cost a bit more to set it up this way, if for whatever reason it doesn't work out your data is already in G-Mail and everything is retained. This is also useful for on and offboarding staff. Give Drag a try, you will like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like it is dependent on a Chrome extension to be able to use however this is not at Drag's fault but a limitation of on Google's part at least for now. Any other product behaves the sameway, it does slow down g-mail a little bit but it's not the end of the world just something to be aware of. You will be charged for additonal licenses on a true shared inbox which I think they could do better on but again it's not the end of the world just something to keep in mind. Drag is integrated into my daily work routine, and I particularly like that I can assign and move emails to my colleagues. This way, we can work on projects together, and they have access to my mailbox if I am out of the office. This makes collaboration much easier and saves time. The columns provide structure, so you don't lose track, and help to work more productively. The ability to integrate tasks directly into emails helps our team to better track tasks and ensure that nothing is overlooked. Additionally, the search function is extremely powerful, allowing you to quickly find relevant information despite many emails. Another advantage of Drag is its user-friendliness, which allowed me to quickly find my way around without needing a long training period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I move emails between categories or the mailbox is very full, there are unfortunately slight delays from time to time. However, this does not restrict me. A bit more speed would be desirable. Additionally, using Drag requires an internet connection, which can be problematic when working in places without a stable internet connection. Initially, I also didn't know how to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Drag app has significantly simplified my daily email routine. I particularly like how I can visually divide my emails into different categories. The intuitive drag-and-drop function makes sorting emails into "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Done" a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, the app becomes somewhat slow, especially when I move a large number of emails. This is not too bothersome, but an improvement in this area would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We decided to use drag to manage a shared inbox that is set up as an alias in Google. This allows our team to see all the incoming messages and assign them to the proper person so we are not missing or duplicating responses. It has also been helpful for inbox management so we can separate things that are still to do. Customer support is responsive and helpful, more than I expected! Overall, I am satisfied with Drag, however, I have sometimes experienced slight performance limitations when processing large amounts of emails. There were occasional delays when moving emails or loading the app, which could also be due to my device and does not weigh heavily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
