"high-quality document management system"

What do you like best about Document Manager?

It is high-quality document management system that provides the most user-friendly, intuitive and fastest-to-work-in experience and security.Really useful to us.It is used for document creation,review and approval with e-sign method.It is very time saving procedure.This is used for control the GMP documents as like audit trail, reconciliation, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document Manager?

It is high-quality document management system that provides the most user-friendly, intuitive and fastest-to-work-in experience and security.Really useful to us.So we didn't dislike anything in this software.It is very useful for GMP documents to create, modification, approval,etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Document Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization benefits from Document Management System by effectively and systematically controlling the creation, receipt, maintenance, use, and disposition of records, including procedures for capturing and maintaining records that serve as evidence of and information about business transactions and activities. A smart document management system gives access to records while capturing and managing them over time.This workflow used for document creation, review and approval with e-sign method.We can have the control like archival procedure. What do you like best about Document Manager?

the best thing about document manager is that the documents and files can be marked and indexed,which makes retrieving the documents and files easy and speedy and convenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document Manager?

The drawback of this document manager is that documents and files cannot be preserved for long durations as they do not have any such technique. IT sector keeps on changing so this system can be outdated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Document Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem the document manager is solving is that documents and files can be indexed and documented according to categories. Indexing the files can be easily retrieved and readable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
