unable to save changes to forms that I make, need Administrator privledges to re-send a Document if not acted upon in a timely manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docubee?

It's been really helpoful to sign documents, create draft documents with all fields mapped that can be signed again and again without much effort. And it also allows to build processes around these documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docubee?

I'd love to see automatic followups but I believe there is a way to do this when setting up a process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do indeed have automatic reminders that can be set to follow up with your users in our workflows. What do you like best about Docubee?

The pricing is unbeatable compared to some competitors. Docubee is also integrated with our case management software which makes it easy to use.

I also enjoy using the Workflows, which automates a lot of functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docubee?

I wish there was a contact book that could be saved into the system that can be accessed through multiple QuickSign processes.

I also wish we could upload a document into QuickSign and type into the document via a text box. I understand that can be possible through a Workflow, but we just need something quick and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docubee?

This is a great way to collect signatures or other data on forms quickly and efficiently. I sometimes need to process forms that require multiple signatures and 1 person might be on vacation. This allows me to get it done right away without having to wait around and get everyone together to get this done by pen and paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docubee?

It takes a bit to learn the features but pretty straight forward once you use it a few times. It proably would help if I took time to get online with one of the siminars that offer sometime, but by now I am pretty fluid with it anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docubee?

I am pleased with the work flow of Docubee. It is easy to send out and keep track of. I have been working with Joel my first year with them creating and perfecting my workflows. I am very happy with his knowledge. This is a program I use everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docubee?

With any program there are things you would like to add or change. I would like it to be eaiser for me to create new workflows with out the help of their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docubee?

The greatest upside to DocuBee is its user accessibility, not only for our clients but also for our less-than-tech-wise managers.

Integrating this platform into our selling took less than an hour of training and we now use this on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docubee?

I wish that we could combine new documents and existing forms so that we don't have to send two emails or completely re-fill our contract pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docubee?

Price. Ease of use and integration with my other applications. Their implementation team and post-sale customer service goes above and beyond at every opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It always take some effort to change eSignature software but Docubee made it as easy as I could imagine. I also wish it was FedRAMP certified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docubee?

The biggest plus to DocuBee over our previous program, DocuSign is being abe to send documents as texts. That really helps for our clients that aren't that email-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that I can't void a document if it hasn't been sent through the portal and that I can't send automatic reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for voiding documents and setting automatic reminders, Docubee does offer those things in our workflows but I am not certain if they are available in our SmartAdvocate integration at present.
