Docubee has helped streamline processes for our HR department. We've even been able to assist other departments with the help of Docubee. Creating custom workflows and sending documents have been made simple thanks to Docubee. It's about the same as OnTask which I like because switching to a whole new system and layout is always more difficult. I like that we can use the links on our website and not have to worry about the streamline of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Upon the switch many of our users were having trouble with our original links that were under OnTask. When they went to fill out documents and forms, the link would ask them to create a login. This didn't happen with OnTask but has happened since the switch to Docubee. As an administrator I'm able to solve the issue by reposting the links and restarting some of the forms however this can be tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several things I like, but overall I would have to pick Responsiveness. Everyone I have engaged with at ONTASK has been very responsive and helpful. Team members will work with you to find solutions and the company is open to feedback. They regularly add templates and learning resources as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not a matter of dislike, but I recommend investing in at least 1 or 2 internal staff to become 'experts'. More complex workflows do require a degree of competence and knowledge.
