"Keeps our training organized and easy to manage"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Once everything is set up, Docebo really does make internal training feel organized and easy to follow. I manage social media workflows and help with onboarding, so having one central place for all our courses has been a lifesaver. The layout is simple for learners to navigate, and I get way fewer "Where do I find this?" questions now. The platform runs smoothly too, which matters when you're trying to keep training consistent. What do you dislike about Docebo?

The setup process can be pretty tedious - even simple admin tasks end up taking way more steps than they should. Some features just aren't as polished as others, so I'm constantly finding workarounds. And the reporting? It's a pain when I just need a quick view of where everyone's at without jumping through hoops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Docebo LMS experience for customer training"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo is wonderful for being able to incorporate your branding. look, and feel. When others come to our dashboard, it looks professional. We have used it for customer training for years, and users are able to self register and take training easily. The platform is stable and I don't have to worry about learners not being able to access their training. Docebo has really expanded their offering, so we also utilize Teams integration for Workshops, Salesforce integration to see our customer data, Social Learning, Google Analytics, Multidomain etc. We are able to show our learning offering as courses or catalogs. We also have implemented a Certified Service Provider program using their Certification and Training features. Recently, they have really upgraded their support. There is an immediate chat support that is very helpful and they have good customer success managers. Also, they recently added a harmony search which is an AI fueled search engine which is very helpful and can actually search through your training materials and provide answers. They also are very good about their customer outreach in that I've attended some very nice and informative local events and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Docebo for really upgrading their support features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

One of our main issues is that we pay for Docebo Connect. However, even though we pay for it, they won't turn it on because we haven't paid them 10K for training. Despite numerous attempts to ask them for this they remain unresponsive and we are unable to utilize it though we are savvy with automations already. Also, some features that are launched are 'half baked' such as their survey capabilities. Integrations such as for Teams webinars and notifications through email can be glitchy and problematic. "A Reliable LMS That Strengthens Compliance and Training Consistency"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo’s structured learning paths and automated enrollment are extremely helpful for keeping our lending teams aligned on required training. I like how easy it is to assign compliance modules to different departments and track completion without manually following up. The platform is intuitive, so even new hires adapt quickly. The reporting dashboard gives me a clean overview of who is behind on training and where we may need additional coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Some of the deeper reporting features feel a bit limited when trying to create custom compliance audit reports. I sometimes need to export data into spreadsheets to get the level of detail required for regulatory audits. The mobile experience also works but could be smoother for employees who prefer completing modules on their phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Docebo: Intuitive LMS with Great Customisation and Easy Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo is a very easy to use LMS with intuitive navigation and great customisation options to make it fully 'embedded' into the company. The reporting on the admin module is very easily templated making it easy for managers to pull key data easily without having to drain resources from the learning and development team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The cost is premium which is valid IF you use all the tools which are included in the bundle package they offer - Docebo do not offer you the opportunity to buy their product without also buying the 'add ons' such as authoring tool and AI module - also i get fed up of educating people on how to pronounce docebo - some of the variations i have heard have made me chuckle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great LMS with amazing options to personalize"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

- Docebo offers an excellent service right from the start, regardless if you're just interested or already a customer.

- Setting the system up was easy, as it was accompanied and supported by a project team of Docebo. The whole process was very structured and well-thought.

- After the onboarding process you know the whole LMS inside out.

- In addition to that Docebo offers a ton of great features and possibilities to adapt the platform to your needs.

- Customer support is quite fast when you experience any issues (which rarely occur).

- We use the platform on a daily basis and received great feedback from our users.

- AI features are increasing and very helpful - doesn't matter if as admin or user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

- Nothing to declare. The only thing to mention is that Docebo offers a full solution and this is probably not suitable for everyone (e.g. if you need a very simple and basic LMS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Docebo: A Reliable Tool for Growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I use Docebo and I really like how easy and flexible it is. I can make homepages for each team, so every user sees training that fits them. The automation rules help me a lot new users get the right courses without me doing it manually.

The platform is stable and works well even with many users. I also like the AI features because they show clear insights about what users learn, where they get stuck, and how training helps.

The help desk articles are useful for me as the only admin. I can quickly check how to set auto enrollments or contests without asking support. The pricing model is good too, since we only pay per active user, which saves money.

So overall i can this is the best product i used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I use Docebo and I really like how the platform keeps improving. Some parts look very modern and updated, and I am sure the older sections will also get the same upgrades soon, which will make the user experience even better.

The cost is higher than some tools, but I see value because Docebo gives me strong features and saves me time with automation. Even when I need to create my own workarounds, it shows how flexible the system is for different needs.

The reporting and analytics give me detailed information, and by combining reports I can get very clear insights about users and training impact. The mobile app works well, and I look forward to more updates that will make it even smoother. The support team is helpful, and I know response times will continue to improve.

Overall, I think Docebo is a powerful, flexible, and reliable product, and I would still call it the best solution for training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhancing Team Learning Across Lending Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

In my role as VP of Lending, I oversee a team responsible for evaluating loan products, compliance, and customer risk assessment. Docebo has provided a centralized platform for learning and upskilling my team efficiently. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for both experienced and new team members to access required courses. The ability to track learning progress and completion rates helps me ensure that regulatory compliance training and internal processes are consistently followed. Integration with our communication and CRM tools allows learning to be seamlessly part of daily workflows, which reduces downtime and accelerates knowledge adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

While the platform offers robust features, configuring advanced reporting dashboards took more time than I initially expected. Some of the content creation tools could be more user-friendly, and the mobile experience occasionally lags with large course libraries. Customer support is responsive but complex issues may require multiple follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible LMS That Makes Training Easier to Manage"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo has a clean, modern interface that’s easy for both admins and learners to navigate. I especially like how simple it is to organize courses and track learner progress. The platform offers strong automation features, so assigning training or setting up learning paths doesn’t feel overwhelming. The reporting tools are also helpful for checking engagement and spotting where learners might need more support. The commitment to innovation, with new features rolling out consistently, makes it a future-proof investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

My main critique revolves around feature parity and pricing. Some of the most valuable functionalities, such as advanced analytics or specific automation capabilities, are often tiered or require expensive add-ons. This can make the total cost of ownership quite high compared to some competitors, and it feels like certain core administrative functions (like advanced Instructor-Led Training/ILT session management or nuanced reporting for collaborative tools) could be more streamlined without needing custom CSS workarounds.
