Whenever you have a technical issue, there is a chat window that is online during work hours and a competent employee responds in a few minutes. I have never seen such fast support! Didomi is usually able to solve the problem or propose an alternative.
After creating a new notice (the look and enabled features of the CMP banner) there are two ways how to implement Didomi on your websites. Both are excellent. There has been an addition to Google Tag Manager with a Didomi template which makes the integration possible via tag manager. However, this is not the optimal way of integration. The product and its console UI are very polished and simple to learn. Didomi aims at small/medium-sized businesses. If you are a bigger publisher (talking about 100+ domains) every update needs to be deployed to multiple notices, which is time-consuming. However, Didomi is already taking the necessary steps to make this as smooth as possible!

The Didomi platform is quite easy to use, designed intuitively especially regarding the creation and duplication of a consent notice. The reporting area is good. The comprehensive and easy steps to implement the software. The overall usability of the software/platform is really good, and I feel that the number of supported regulations and settings are great. Only downside that we reported was how the logo in the consent window is served to the end user. We need to have cached better to score better on the Speed Insights review from Google. There are certain features that are yet to be introduced to the platform that could be useful. Every platform has its limits, but Didomi has very few. Eventually these features will be added to the platform, I'm sure, however, some out-of-the-box features, like cross-domain consent, is not easy to setup and has limits, while this works pretty seemless for other platforms, if I remember correctly. - The customer support is excellent. You can chat in real time to CS agents within the Didomi console and they've been extremely helpful, giving very clear instructions and sometimes going as far as writing JSON snippets for us.

We use a custom 'cookie-wall', where we ask readers to 'pay or consent' - and all the data provided in the dashboard and 'analytics' is wrong.
