The initial setup of Didomi can be quite complex, especially on the technical level. For each partner defined in our Tag Manager System, specific triggers need to be created, which requires quite a bit of work. Didomi is definitely a leading Consent Management Plateform, always up to date in regards with the lastest regulations. The user interface is easy to use and includes the main local regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ...). Consent notices are easy to setup with classic but efficient presets and without any specific technical requirements. The compliancy monitoring is a usefull tool to keep being compliant.

Monitoring is easy too thanks to complete statistics (consent rate, etc). In addition, even for self clients, the support (chat) gives prompt and accurate answers, always providing a usefull help. Regular meetings with Didomi CSM are offered to small business clients giving the opportunity to ask for questions, get the plateform and the notices reviewed, to get informed more deeply about the latests news...
