What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

Easy to use and efficient. Having a large company with over 650 employees communication can be challenging when regular methods are down or in times of emergencies. Communication Problems. We have a large work force with over 650 employees, from sales to operations some working from home, offsite/onsite or in different locations in any given day. DialMyCalls helps us reach everyone when information needs to be sent out, especially in emergency situations. When our power or networks are down, DMC has been essential to reach out staff. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

Allows pay-as-you-go! I need to send out a mass text occasionally for my company once or twice a year. Other providers require monthly subscriptions. With dialmycalls.com it's been easy to work with the interface and simply pay when I need it -- no paid subscription needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do be aware with ANY mass text service it takes a LONG time to get verified as a legitimate user, so plan ahead! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I like that you can have the ability to recieve texts to basically any number that is not a mobile number, especially my office line. So many people text numbers thinking they are cell phones and not knowing they are not. This allows you to get those and not miss potential responses or cleints. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I do not like that you cant respond to the text directly by email where the incoming message is sent to. It makes you click a link to login and view it. And then when I log in I cant find the messages anywhere. The worst thing is that I cant figure out how to send a text from the number I have set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re currently working on a feature that will allow you to respond to text messages directly via email. In the meantime, I highly recommend using our mobile apps, available for both iPhone and Android. They let you respond instantly in real-time, and many of our customers find them incredibly easy to use.

What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

The app is available on both desktop or smart device which provides a lot of flexibility. Our congregation uses it for weekly reminders and for emergency or weather related updates. You have options to record a personal message or to use the text or built in voice features. Upload your contacts and you're off in just a few minutes for your first broadcast. Having the immediate ability to contact our members about emergency or weather related events is a huge time saver and helps get needed information to everyone with a landline or mobile number instantaneously. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

DialMyCalls allows me to send reminders, alerts, emergency changes of venue or meeting times, and more with the greatest ease. I can also create new groupings of my contacts to fit each occasion. Moreover, the bespoke, tailor-made style of messages makes this process exciting and efficient. The customer support is wonderful and fast. The most amazing thing, too, is that it's low cost, and using DialMyCalls for my three non-profit groups is SPECTACULAR for me. Believe me, I used to call each member one of my groups INDIVIDUALLY the first year I became its president. Now, I can call ANY group and leave my messages! My primary roles has been president of two non-profits, state secretary of another non-profit, and a church member who hosted a dinner for my fellow believers. <>< Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

The UI still trips me up at times, and I find myself sometimes having to start from scratch. Then again, I'm a septuagenarian! Nevertheless, I've used DialMyCalls for the past three years and am GRATEFUL that it exists! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software helps bridge a communication gap with our students, prospective tenants and our parents. Verifying your toll free number can be a bit of a struggle, but that's going to be a situation that you'll have with any vendor ~ fortunately DialMyCalls has agents readily available to assist.
