Easy visibility to asses the skills of the employee and what areas we need to focus on in selecting the right talent, program. It will also promote a hands-on experience and assistance to the employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
An area of improvement is probably having a part where announcement can be seen, and embedded calendar where they have the visibility about training or upskilling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I genuinely like the employee promotion filter but I wonder if it will be robust enough to support companies like Wipro and BCG considering i work with MNCs and they have plenty of data available.
I like the tableau interface more but also need excel sheet download option if in case i wanna use advance excel or looking for particular information to compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not dislike but things which need lil improvement is Promotion categories are subjective and it shouldn't be based on only points . Descriptive and slab category for incentive would be great.
Please add more filters based on skills set and you can have something Boolean sort of to research the position as if we talk about multinational companies , they have plenty of positions.
Career Paths are empty, I was baffled, why is it even here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friedly and "All in One" platform is the winner for me.
Easy to navigate among existing talend also easy to identify skills gap.
Career paths will support employee growth with the transparancy what is required to reach their next level.
Reporting wise, multiple benchmarking analysis perspectives are available.
Learning materials and certfication view is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike if you think about managing the entire tallent process in spreadheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great for oversight of skills and competencies across teams and functions:
1. Whole-system view of skills and development areas
2. Ability for real-time staff feedback
3. Evidence-based approach for performance management
4. Establishing talent pools/succession plans
5. Deadlines, expiry dates on certificates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not “dislikes” per say, but:
1. Would be great if the reports could be downloaded/exported
2. Reporting templates/commonly used reports would be beneficial
3. Unclear on how data from other systems would be imported or if it would require manual intervention/HR resource
4. Would benefit from being able to customise terminology/language to fit with large, complex or multi-profession organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TalentBoost is easy to navigate, includes valuable analytical reports, and comes with over 3000 preloaded skills! It's tapping in to the skills management market which is the future of HR and it's doing it right! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to get overwhelmed with the abundance of information available. While it's user friendly to navigate, I think there could be a few pages that are set up a bit better so that managers aren't overwhelmed with data that may be foreign to them if they don't work with data day-to-day. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Modules are comprehensive and have the potential for users to customize them further to meet their needs.
Help guidebooks are very in-depth and useful. Easy to find the information you need.
Overall, the program is very well thought out and intuitive. Great for career mapping and skill tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I like the ability to write reports within the platform, I would like to see a collection of commonly used canned reports as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DevSkiller is a great platform. It changes how teams are managed and developed using an integrated skill mapping system and a learning management system. It has a user-friendly interface and greatly enhances the human resources processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not identified any downside of DevSkiller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that I like about DevSkiller is that the platform considers all of its user - the employee and the employer. I like how easy it is to see the over all skill landscape within the organization. It provides the employer a lot of insight on useful data to improve and streamline their LNOD.
I also love that employees can also be actively involved in their upskilling or career path within the organization. It helps them understand where they are currently and how to move forward with their career - either to upskill or move to a new career altogether.
The fact that you can also set the skillset per position, and all materials that you need to take can be found per role, that I believe is very efficient! Employees can request or their team leaders can easily assign skillset that they need to/can learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd say its not a dislike but instead more for improvement. The navigation of the platform is actually very straight forward however, there's just a lot things you need to go through before you reach your desired page. Albeit that, I love DevSkiller. The experience is great and is actually what I envisioned for our Skills/Learning Management system to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing is how easy it makes it for managers and HR to get a detailed overview about the skills in your team. On this basis you can take necessary action and also make your onboarding more efficient. Great basis to upskill your organization, especially when it comes to digital and IT skills. The grading system makes it easy to see where your team is at and which skills have to be improved. This is possible on team basis as well as on individual basis. The biggest benefit for every employee is that it becomes crystal clear which skills need to be learned in order to move into a different position iside the company. Not everything is self-explanatory. Once you understand it though it can be an amazing tool for you. Additionally I would love to have a clearer distinction between hard and soft skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TalentBoost is one of the best tools I have come across for improving the skillset of our employees. The best part is you can easily design a learning program for your employees with Skill Maps. You can assign it to employees and keep a track of their learning as well as overall organizational skills.
It also comes handy in assessing candidates and employees via TalentScore. The score achieved by them tells about their standing on a particular skillset. I believe skills drive an organization and one can certainly manage organizational skills much better with the help of TalentBoost! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now, I can't find any dislikes in TalentBoost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
