There are many features which are not fully functional or have some bugs. As they haven't been in the market for so long so it will take some time for them to make things stable. Hope their hard work won't take them so long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CRM, HRM and all are a very common niche and alot of software and tools, scripts and SaaS keep coming in this space but the biggest problem I had for years was their compliance with Indian Tax System and methods.

Indian GST system seems to be different that other countries and no tools even though by Indian founders have native compliance to GST.

But Deskera is different. It provides not just compliance but an end to end solution.

The features I like the most are

- I need to make a lot of estimates but I can convert estimates into invoices in a click

- I can add my CA directly and safely so I dont need to send each details separately.

- Real-time overview of cash flow and expenses

- It integrates with banks directly

I wish they have more native integrations.

The software can be little faster

It seems to have a little steeper learning curve but may be that is my personal thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first thing to mention about Deskera is that the mobile app is also very helpful and you can work with it well. The program is clearly structured, so when you enter the software you can immediately see the most important data, such as invoices/receivables and their due dates. We have integrated the bank account, so we are able to settle invoices directly from the program, which speeds up processes considerably. The creation of the BOM seems a bit inefficient would love to see some improvement there. Otherwise Deskera is a solid software and is reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are established, and you can replace QuickBooks that costs 50 dollars per month.

PROS

The platform is very nice and easy to navigate. I hope they add a feature where you can customize the currency for each invoice and another feature where you can calculate the discount after taxes are added and not just before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
