What do you like best about Deskera ERP?

I like that I can see all the important company information, like sales, finances, and employee details, in one place. It helps keep everything organized.

Managing things on the go with the mobile app is super convenient. It allows me to stay connected and handle tasks even when I'm not at my desk.

The dashboard is well-designed and easy to navigate. It gives a clear overview of the key metrics, making it easier to understand the company's performance.

While some features, especially in accounting, were a bit tricky at first, I appreciate that there are resources available to help. It's good to know that support is there when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?

One thing I miss is a client portal. Currently, I'm using my WordPress site to compensate for this. It would be great if Deskera ERP could include a client portal feature. However, I'm managing fine with the workaround. Also, I've heard that they are working towards being EU GDPR compliant, which is a positive step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deskera ERP?

What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?

The mobile app starting takes lot of time due to the graphics of lady used should be removed. There is no intimation to the employee for login & logout if forgotten. As understand there is some restrictions for raising tickets to the coordinator, as cannot raise again in case of any further updation required., which was not done previously, which need to relaxed. What problems is Deskera ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. There is lot of scope to upgrade by way of processes and generation of reports.

2. The provision of intimation (login & Logout, in case not done etc. ) on employee mobiles should be provided.

3. The time span of raised tikets should be reduced which is more than 72 hrs

4. The display of products should be shown under its main category like in case product makes should be displayed under its main category like in our case if we select OT Light then only products under OT Lights should be displayed not of OT Table and Cautery. What do you like best about Deskera ERP?

- Muti-currency is what I like best, easy to use, can customize the rate with many decimal digits, bill and pay in multi-currency too

(If you use QBO for Multi-currency, you will know the limit)

- customer support is quick to rectify issues

- Deskera Books, People, CRM are linked and will be helpful to for SME

- Simple features available for SME accounting use

What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?

- The product is still in the process of improvement, not completed, hence, you usually face bugs/defects.

- Invoicing/Billing features are not as comprehensive as other established products like Xero and QBO, but they're getting there and hopefully will be even better in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you just started a business, Deskera Books has fundamental features for your bookkeeping. It's simple to set up and easy to use.

What problems is Deskera ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

There's a Facebook group for Deskera user, where you can give feedback. Though my issues have not been resolved, some of them are in development. I am looking forward to an enhanced product soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
