I like that I can see all the important company information, like sales, finances, and employee details, in one place. It helps keep everything organized.
Managing things on the go with the mobile app is super convenient. It allows me to stay connected and handle tasks even when I'm not at my desk.
The dashboard is well-designed and easy to navigate. It gives a clear overview of the key metrics, making it easier to understand the company's performance.
While some features, especially in accounting, were a bit tricky at first, I appreciate that there are resources available to help. It's good to know that support is there when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I miss is a client portal. Currently, I'm using my WordPress site to compensate for this. It would be great if Deskera ERP could include a client portal feature. The mobile app starting takes lot of time due to the graphics of lady used should be removed. There is no intimation to the employee for login & logout if forgotten. As understand there is some restrictions for raising tickets to the coordinator, as cannot raise again in case of any further updation required., which was not done previously, which need to relaxed. - Muti-currency is what I like best, easy to use, can customize the rate with many decimal digits, bill and pay in multi-currency too
(If you use QBO for Multi-currency, you will know the limit)
- customer support is quick to rectify issues
- Deskera Books, People, CRM are linked and will be helpful to for SME
- Simple features available for SME accounting use

- The product is still in the process of improvement, not completed, hence, you usually face bugs/defects.
