
I like receiving emails with tracking information and the ease of using the Descartes MacroPoint app and website to check the caller ID and know where the cargo is located. It really helps us track the trucks and see the unit's location so we can take action if there's a deviation from the planned route. The updates maybe? I mean, some clients would like to get updates, like, more frequently. So sometimes, like, the lapses of time maybe ten minutes or one hour, for some people is too long. So maybe having, like, small errors, gaps of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
