What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?

I really like that Demodesk takes so good care of my prospects and customers by routing them into the right calendar and scheduling the meeting.

We all know the challenges that virtual meetings can create when it comes to sound and picture, but that is never an issue in Dedesk thanks to the tests you need to go through before joining the meetings.

In the meeting, the "share control" feature is fantastic when you demo a SaaS product like ours. I usually share the control in the walk-through of our product, and allow the prospects to click and write, as it makes them remember our product better than my competitors.

And the customized playbooks for demos are really helpfull, alongside the speaker's notes and battle cards, which make my pitches sharp and handle objections with ease.

Last but not least. Demodesk keeps getting better and better. With the new "Virtual Salesfloor" and Reports/analytics features about to be released, it will be an even more powerful sales machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?

There is really not that much I do not like about Demodesk. Usually when something goes wrong, it comes down to the prospects/attendees tech that are not working properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are hosting all of our SaaS product demos in Demodesk.

We are also doing internal meetings in Demodesk, and the record meetings helps us go back and see what we have agreed to, if our memory fails.

The best is that you hide all slides and you can determine the order of every single slide. So every presentation is individual and the customer wont think you hide something because your scrolling over several slides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, there is only one thing I dislike. The calendar function is a bit confusing to me, and it sometimes happens that you chose the wrong person as a sender, so you have to invite the customer again, and you cannot change the other appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?

Demodesk unites all necessary features for a digital product presentation of software. I can include slides from Google Drive and seamlessly open websites from within the presentation without needing to switch browser tabs etc.

Moreover, I can make notes which are automatically synchronized with the related account and opportunity in SalesForce and use the battle cards whenever I'm missing a good argument. The camera makes my meetings also a lot more personal compared to a simple phone call and allows me to build better relationships with my clients right from the start.

As I've just recently started at my current company, Demodesk allowed me to easily shadow other meetings from my colleagues to learn the ropes and gain valuable experience in handling clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there are few minor bugs - e.g. sharing other windows and tabs sometimes doesn't work but can be solved by deleting your browser cookies. Other than that It already works pretty perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Presentation modus is lovely to use; during the presentation, it's straightforward to take notes, which you can summarize immediately after the call. Preparation of the calls is also very user-friendly to add your slides and websites to have a proper demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reminders before the call starts can be helpful for the participators, but when people receive a lot of e-mails, it can be a bit overwelmed. Maybe after you finalised your summary, the prepared email format needs to have a more user-friendly look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Back in the day, I was using Zoom for presentation, but with Demodesk, I have all the tools that I need on one screen and can easily do the tasks that are only visible to me. Plus, I can see the participants by using the cams, it may be a bit unfortunate the video screen of the participants is a bit small and challenging to recognize the body language. What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?

The most valuable features at Demodesk are:

1. The slide deck and hidden information (info that the client cannot see) to make the customer experience seamless, even with tricky questions.

2. The synchronization with Salesforce. Even if the Sync does not always work, it lets you fill out SF fields during the call and sync it to make life easier

3. Meeting Links connected to the calendar. Customers can book meeting directly from your calendar, which is great if the client has to ask several people internally when they are free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?

The handover of meetings to colleagues does not fully work in my view.

Sometimes the slides do not use SF synced fields. This way you have to add the information missing by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- some repetition when data entering. Some fields need to be filled out multiple times.
