Simple interface that is fairly intuitive. Administration is not overly complex. Reporting functionality is good as well. Can integrate with other applications (quickbooks in our case) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time off functionality is not as straight forward as the rest of the product. It can be confusing at times or seems to require extra clicks. The integration with Quickbooks, has seemed daunting to me in that we have been using Quickbooks in with a certain customer set up, that we may now need to change.
