The thing I like the best about Replicon, is that whenever I have a problem, I can call customer support and they are very helpful. If necessary, they'll set up a Zoom meeting and take over the controls to show me exactly what to do. Once completed, they send an email detailing what was done. I can keep the email for a reminder if I don't remember for next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside for our company is that they recently switched from a six month subscription to a yearly subscription. Since our staff numbers can vary, that would mean that we may be paying for licenses that we don't need. However they did waive that requirement for us when I asked, so thanks for that. We use it for basic timekeeping and time off balances and find it easy to use. The team assigned to assist us in implementation was incredibly helpful. When I have an issue with the system, my customer support person responds very quickly and is always able to solve any issues.
