When looking for a new timecard system, we were looking for an online system that was customizable to the needs of the various agencies we support. It's fairly easy to administer, and when needed, their support staff has come through with the answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue I've heard from fiscal staff is the inability to simply add/subtract hours from a user's balance. For example, a user is awarded 8 hours of compensation. In order to update their balance, the fiscal officer needs to run a report to determine the user's current amount of compensation, then create a new entry in which they enter the new balance with the added 8 hours. The downside is small, but there are a few fields I can't capture in a report (example task estimated hours). It would be helpful to compare task billable hours to task estimated hours.
