The user interface is not modern, and the process for creating custom reports is not efficient. Even though the DealerSocket CRM integrates with their partner DealerFire website platform, getting any kind of support for cross-platform integration was a nightmare for us. The CRM is straightforward and easy to use very little training is needed to teach employees how to use it. Most tasks are very straightforward. Reporting is constantly improving, and the next major upgrade needs to be to its email platform for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Completing the task can be more difficult that it needs to be. The only way to close out a task is to select "spoke to the "customer" or "left message" and add a note that says you were unable to leave a message." That is something that should be improved. Also, the " Read Notes" that appear in the task list are annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
