What is DealerPeak CRM Center?

DealerPeak is a CRM that was built for Auto Dealer Groups with Auto Dealer DNA. Initially, DealerPeak entered the automotive space in 1999 by creating a 17-location Lead Collection Management system. Today, we create car dealer mobile CRM solutions, customized for dealers of all sizes. We serve every dealership, from the independently owned used car dealership to the enterprise-level multi-location groups. First, our technical team is always on the search for new solutions. Second, they help to improve our client's ability to drive more traffic to their dealerships. Finally, our clients sell more vehicles and improve the customer experience because of their efforts.

overall there is nothing that I dislike about the CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealerPeak CRM Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

a huge benefit is the desking tool, my managers are able to pick up right where the other one left off with a customer without missing a beat. Also they can push the deal from the CRM directly into Dealertrack and Reynolds making it much more efficient for everyone involved in the car deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The removal of the easy click to call on the customer profile page. Now it creates a lot of unnecessary tasks I now have to delete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealerPeak CRM Center?

I enjoy that this CRM tool keeps customers organized so that I can be reminded to reach out to ones that may have otherwise been neglected. Being able to look at inventory through the software is also amazing. It shows a lot of great data, including age of inventory. This helps me improve profits, which is always good. What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

It took me a while to learn this tool. It is the first program of the kind that I have used, so I am not sure how it compares to others. The interface seems dated, but it still does what I need it to, so that is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DealerPeak CRM Center:

Ask for somebody with experience for a tutorial on how to use the software. Once I asked tips from a coworker who has used it for a while, it really helped me out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to go back through my customers and look at the ones that need more attention. I love that I can see if they have been able to read e-mails. I like most that the program is so user friendly and the support staff never let me down Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

Not to many dislikes, if anything I would say that better education on the benefits of using it over other programs was never something that was sold to me. It became a program only the BDC and Internet used rather then the entire staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

get all the staff on board with switching to this product and it will be a much more loved and easy to use program offering all the same benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it was mainly used as the CRM and follow up platform. Transfering over from CDK to this program was becoming more of a head ache then previously imagined which is why we in the past did not move forward with dealerpeak Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
