I enjoy that this CRM tool keeps customers organized so that I can be reminded to reach out to ones that may have otherwise been neglected. Being able to look at inventory through the software is also amazing. It shows a lot of great data, including age of inventory. This helps me improve profits, which is always good. It took me a while to learn this tool. It is the first program of the kind that I have used, so I am not sure how it compares to others. The interface seems dated, but it still does what I need it to, so that is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not to many dislikes, if anything I would say that better education on the benefits of using it over other programs was never something that was sold to me. It became a program only the BDC and Internet used rather then the entire staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
