Datadwell is where I see lot of videos and documents that are helping me during onboarding. I like the easy and simple to use format. It was bit tricky in the begining but now I am getting better at using it. I did not know about DataDwell before but I think it is a great tool for sharing content. One day I could not login to datadwell and I thought maybe the server was down, however when I mentioned this to my manager, he contacted them directly and it started to work again in no time. I think it is a great tool but feel like somethings can be improved.

1. Now there are just two views (grid and list). I think some more can be integrated so there is more choice.

2. When I oen datadwell I find it bit tricky to distinguise between videos and ppt by just looking at the folder. This can be improved somehow that first glance is enough to differentiate them. It is not an issue if the folder has low number of contents. However, if there are several folders with lot of content and you see them together, then it feels bit overwhelming to differentiate videos and ppts.

3. The thumbnails for folders can be more folders like rather than showing the document as thumbnail. This could be easy on eyes. You can color code the folders to distinguish between products or slaes or marketing etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of uploadingd and organisation of the assets, and most of all the speed and ease of overview and viewing the assets without loosing time with uploading previews (which is extremely fast in datadwell) so finding an image (if databse is organzed well) is very fast. I use it on daily basic, and it helps speed up the work a lot. when i needed the customer support, i recevied immediate answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had problems in downloading multiple images in the past, in specific, if a folder i need is inside of a folder or it is a more complex place in datadwell, it was offten unsucsessful so i had to download one by one. recently, i didnt have need for this, but i think this has been solved. Everything is pre-organized. Drag drop to upload the pictures. The quality of the pictures or any videos doesn’t drops even after uploading and downloading multiple times. Once you get used to this software it’s very hard to shift to any other cloud storage software. There are so many features in Data Dwell which other cloud software’s don’t even offer. There are some restrictions in the integrations which can prove themselves quite irritating sometimes. Sometimes there is a glitch that the author did not received any notification about the receiver downloading the information. We expect a window explorer feature within the data dwell so we can access our windows through the software and can make life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main functions of Data Dwell Management include workflow management, Asset management, Metadata management and others.The user also gets a free trial so the user can judge for themselves if they want to use the program or not.It is only web based and cannot be installed so you can access it from any computer no matter where you are present. It has a really fast download speed. The team working at Data Dwell Asset Management is responsive if you show your concerns and problems to them they usually get back to you within hours to find the solution. Data Dwell Digital Asset Management doesn't have any major problems however minor problems are always present in softwares.The interface is hard to work with and It doesn't have a mobile application so it can become a hindrance sometimes while working.
