If I need to download multiple assets, Datadwell doesn’t bundle them into a single ZIP file. Instead, I have to save each one manually. For example, if I’m downloading ten assets, I need to select a folder and click Save ten separate times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Data Dwell Digital Asset Management?

- It is very easy to delete assets; it would be great to have permissions to control who can do this.

- If I need to inform people about asset replacements, I cannot contact them directly from the activities button and must manually collect their names outside the system.

- The search functionality - could be improved and made more noticeable.

- Search - Order of assets - now the structure which displays after search looks like bunch of a random assets, but we need to see the e.g. newest one

- Collection - if thumbnail is e.g. video and in sub-assets i have another formats, im not able to choose the video which is in the thumbnail as a alone assets and add this version to the collection. I m able to add only the whole assets incl sub-assets to the collection.

- the search button is hidden under the company logo TP Vision .people often miss this option because they do not expect this function to be hidden under the logo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Data Dwell Digital Asset Management?

Datadwell is where I see lot of videos and documents that are helping me during onboarding. I like the easy and simple to use format. It was bit tricky in the begining but now I am getting better at using it. I did not know about DataDwell before but I think it is a great tool for sharing content. One day I could not login to datadwell and I thought maybe the server was down, however when I mentioned this to my manager, he contacted them directly and it started to work again in no time. What do you dislike about Data Dwell Digital Asset Management?

I think it is a great tool but feel like somethings can be improved.

1. Now there are just two views (grid and list). I think some more can be integrated so there is more choice.

2. When I oen datadwell I find it bit tricky to distinguise between videos and ppt by just looking at the folder. This can be improved somehow that first glance is enough to differentiate them. It is not an issue if the folder has low number of contents. However, if there are several folders with lot of content and you see them together, then it feels bit overwhelming to differentiate videos and ppts.

3. The thumbnails for folders can be more folders like rather than showing the document as thumbnail. This could be easy on eyes. You can color code the folders to distinguish between products or slaes or marketing etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am new user of datadwell and it s helping me a lot as I need to go through lot of documents and videos. So, it is one the sites that I use a lot nowadays. What do you like best about Data Dwell Digital Asset Management?

The ease of uploadingd and organisation of the assets, and most of all the speed and ease of overview and viewing the assets without loosing time with uploading previews (which is extremely fast in datadwell) so finding an image (if databse is organzed well) is very fast. I use it on daily basic, and it helps speed up the work a lot. when i needed the customer support, i recevied immediate answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had problems in downloading multiple images in the past, in specific, if a folder i need is inside of a folder or it is a more complex place in datadwell, it was offten unsucsessful so i had to download one by one. recently, i didnt have need for this, but i think this has been solved.
