Cybermaxx allows me to get a good night sleep because I know that an experienced team of cyber professionals is monitoring my systems 24/7/365. They are an extension of my InfoSec team at a fraction of the cost and the alerts are actionable, not noise. Alerts are immediate and they will assist in the remediation. The flexibility in services is both a pro and a con as it's less prescriptive at times than other vendors, but as a result provides customers what they need/want. Other vendors I've worked with in the past have a defined approach at assessing level of coverage, implementing, and walking you through the entire process to ensure coverage of all assets. In our specific case, the contract that was executed dictated their implementation approach, so I don't know if any of that had been done prior (I suspect it wasn't). The overall experience that my team had with Cybermaxx has been nothing short of phenomenal. They offer a white glove approach to an industry that has been anything but. From the first contacts with Cybermaxx I had faith that we were in the right hands. Their boutique-style approach is exactly what we needed - something that separates them from other companies. I know that with Cybermaxx I'm not just another customer, I know that my company matters to them.

I cannot speak more highly of my organization's relationship with CyberMaxx. They have been a dedicated and trusted partner of our organization for over three years now. Since contracting, they have frequently gone above and beyond to support our organization. CyberMaxx assisted us with a massive security incident, bringing resources onsite and remote support, even when they were not under contract. There is nothing I truly dislike about the CyberMaxx service offerings or their partnership with my organization. There were some natural growing pains that came with transitioning to an outsourced MSSP, but overall we have been thrilled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Cybermaxx MDR service has been in use at our organization for over 8 years. I call it the "backstop" because many times it has caught activity that was undetected by the other layers of solutions in place. Cybermaxx staff notifies our team 24/7 with information that is timely, relevant, and actionable. False alerts are rare, and our requests are promptly enacted by the Cybermaxx team. Their SOC team is by far the best thing about CyberMaxx. Their SOC support team is very responsive. I've never been told no for special requests of custom reports or when I have thrown them a curve ball. They take the time to follow up if a question or request takes longer than anticipated. I am struggling to provide a dislike of CyberMaxx. The only thing I could say is that I wished they did not have as much turnover for relationship managers or sales-related staff. 1) The Cybermaxx hardware, regardless of iteration we've put into production, has proven to be extremely durable in nature, rarely requiring intervention
2) The staff is extremely proactive, knowledgeable and helpful on a day to day basis
