At Staff Smart, we have worked with some of the larger ATS platforms and have found CVVIZ much easier and refreshing to use. We have been extremely pleased with the ROI for this application. CVVIZ is an intuitive ATS, that allows Staff Smart to track candidates to jobs and uses an internal AI capability to rank stack candidates based on their resume to the role.
The built-in Job Board that displays open positions on our website was very simple to implement, and the support team has implemented technology that is simple to use and provides benefits other ATS systems charge an arm and a leg for.
